Amendment of section 28

In the Financial Advisers Act 2001, in section 28 —

(a)

in subsection (1), replace “by the prescribed time” with “on or before the date specified by the Authority”; and

(b)

in subsection (2), replace “by the prescribed time” with “on or before the date specified by the Authority”.
