Amendment of section 98

In the Securities and Futures Act 2001, in section 98 —

(a)

in subsection (1)(b), insert “or” at the end;

(b)

in subsection (1)(d), replace “; or” at the end with a comma;

(c)

in subsection (1), delete paragraph (e); and

(d)

in subsection (2), delete “or (e)”.
