Amendment of section 99K

In the Securities and Futures Act 2001, in section 99K —

(a)

in subsections (1) and (3), replace “by the prescribed time,” with “on or before the date specified by the Authority,”; and

(b)

in subsection (2), replace “by the prescribed time” with “on or before the date specified by the Authority”.
