Clause 14

Amendment of section 12L

In the principal Act, in section 12L —

(a)

replace subsection (1) with —“(1) To avoid doubt, the payment for any period mentioned in section 12AA, 12AB, 12DA, 12E or 12H, for which a person is entitled to receive payment from an employer or to claim payment from the Government for any lost income, must be paid for every day of that period, including holidays.”; and

(b)

in subsection (2), delete “benefit”.
