Amendment of section 250E

In the principal Act, in section 250E —

(a)

replace the section heading with —“Statement of affairs by company”;

(b)

in subsection (1), replace “The statement as to the affairs of the company that must accompany a company’s application under section 250D must be made in the relevant form specified on the designated website and must contain the following information and particulars as at the latest practicable date before the making of the application” with “For the purpose of section 250D(5)(b), the statement of affairs of the company is a statement that contains the following information and particulars as at the latest practicable date before the making of the statement”; and

(c)

in subsection (2)(a), replace “date of the application” with “date of making of the statement of affairs”.
