Amendment of section 250N
In the principal Act, in section 250N —
(a)
replace “has been accepted into” with “has entered into”; and
(b)
replace paragraph (a) with —“(a)the date that the company is dissolved under section 180(5) (as replaced by section 250L(7)) or has its name struck off the register under section 210(9) (as replaced by section 250L(16));”.
