Amendment of section 250R
In the principal Act, in section 250R(2) —
(a)
delete paragraph (a);
(b)
in paragraph (c), replace “for making an application to the Official Receiver to be accepted into the simplified winding up programme, or for making an objection to such an application” with “for entry into the simplified winding up programme, or for making an objection to such entry”;
(c)
delete paragraphs (d) and (e); and
(d)
replace paragraph (g) with —“(g)the form of, and the information to be contained in, reports that must be submitted by the liquidator of the company to the Official Receiver after the company has been discharged from the simplified winding up programme.”.
