Amendment of section 9

In the Control of Plants Act 1993, in section 9 —

(a)

in paragraph (a), delete “and” at the end;

(b)

in paragraph (b), replace the full‑stop at the end with “; and”; and

(c)

after paragraph (b), insert —“(c)the cultivation of any plant as food or to produce food for human consumption.”.
