Amendment of section 10L

In the Sale of Food Act 1973, in section 10L —

(a)

replace paragraph (e) with —“(e)the Feeding Stuffs (Pets and Non‑food Producing Animals) Act 1965;”; and

(b)

after paragraph (f), insert —“(fa)the Food Safety and Security Act 2024;”.
