Clause 86

Application of this Division

(1)

This Division applies only to a licensed importer who imports any of the following import‑controlled items:

(a)

any of the following food:

(i)

meat and meat products;

(ii)

fish and fish products;

(iii)

fresh fruits and vegetables;

(iv)

eggs;

(v)

any other food except a food additive as such;

(b)

any prepacked food additive preparation;

(c)

any regulated food contact article;

(d)

any animal feed.

(2)

This Division applies only in respect of the import made on or after the commencement of this Division of an import‑controlled item mentioned in subsection (1).
