Clause 25

Interpretation of this Part

In this Part —“grievance” means any grievance, allegation or complaint raised by an employee to his or her employer in relation to —

(a)

any discrimination by the employer; or

(b)

any harassment —

(i)

by the employer; or

(ii)

by another employee of the employer;“harassment” means any act or conduct mentioned in section 3(1), 4(1), 5(1) or (1A) or 7 of the Protection from Harassment Act 2014, and “harass” has a corresponding meaning.

Definition
