Amendment of section 17

In the Code, in section 17 —

(a)

in subsection (1), delete “at any place”;

(b)

in subsection (1), replace paragraph (a) with —“(a)investigate the facts and circumstances of the case as soon as practicable; and”; and

(c)

in subsection (2)(a), delete “go to the place to”.
