Amendment of section 425B
In the Code, in section 425B —
(a)
in subsection (3), replace paragraph (b) with —“(b)the information falls under section 221B(1)(a) and its disclosure is required by section 221B(3) or (4) or 221D.”; and
(b)
in subsection (9), after “operation of any”, insert “written law or”.
