Amendment of section 25
In the principal Act, in section 25 —
(a)
in subsection (3)(b), replace “below 16 years of age” with “a minor”; and
(b)
after subsection (3), insert —“(4) In this section, “legal guardian” means a person lawfully appointed by deed or will or by the order of a competent court to be the guardian of another person.”.
