Amendment of section 48

In the principal Act, in section 48 —

(a)

delete subsection (1);

(b)

in subsection (2), replace “Every medical practitioner” with “Any person who carries out any vaccination”; and

(c)

in subsection (2)(a), delete “or under his or her supervision”.
