Amendment of section 55A

In the principal Act, in section 55A —

(a)

in subsection (1)(a), after “any person”, insert “or class of persons, within such time and in such manner as the Director‑General of Public Health, the Director‑General, Food Administration or the Director‑General of Health may specify”;

(b)

in subsection (1)(a)(i), replace “person’s knowledge” with “knowledge of the person or any person in that class of persons”;

(c)

in subsection (1)(a)(ii), replace “person’s custody or possession” with “custody or possession of the person or any person in that class of persons”;

(d)

in subsection (1)(a), replace “such person” with “the person”; and

(e)

in subsection (3), after “Any person”, insert “(including any person in a class of persons)”.
