Amendment of section 7

In the principal Act, in section 7(1), after paragraph (ga), insert —“(gb)to procure, manage, account for and allocate SAF and SAF environmental attributes to —

(i)

persons who pay SAF levies; and

(ii)

any other person that may be prescribed in an order under section 87B(1), or to establish and appoint a company, or appoint any other person, to do the same in place of the Authority;”.
