Amendment of section 124

In the IRDA, in section 124 —

(a)

in subsection (1)(g), replace “section 125(1)(b), (d)” with “section 125(1)(d)”;

(b)

in subsection (2)(b), replace “section 125(1)(a), (b)” with “section 125(1)(a)”; and

(c)

in subsection (2), delete paragraph (c).
