Amendment of section 254

In the IRDA, in section 254 —

(a)

delete subsection (2);

(b)

in subsection (3A), replace “Subsections (2) and (2A) do” with “Subsection (2A) does”; and

(c)

in subsection (3B), replace “subsections (2) and (2A)” with “subsection (2A)”.
