Amendment of section 2

In the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005 (called in this Part the LLP Act), in section 2(1), after the definition of “corporation”, insert —“ “electronic transaction system” means the electronic transaction system established under Part 6A of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act 2004;”.
