Clause 113

In the LLP Act, in section 42, after subsection (1), insert —“(1A) Despite subsection (1), sections 48(6), 49(6), 50(6), 50A(3), 51 and 52 apply to a person who is, or of whom there are reasonable grounds to believe is, a registrable controller of a limited liability partnership (other than a limited liability partnership that is set out in the Sixth Schedule), whether or not the person is a limited liability partnership that is set out in the Sixth Schedule.”.
