Amendment of section 11A
In the VCC Act, in section 11A(a) (as inserted by section 70 of the ACRA (Registry and Regulatory Enhancements) Act 2024), replace “section 12(2)(a), (b) or (c) of that Act is to section 9(2)(a), (b) or (c)” with “section 12(2)(b) or (c) of that Act is to section 9(2)(b) or (c)”.
