Clause 128

Amendment of section 16

In the VCC Act, in section 16(2) —

(a)

in paragraph (d), delete “and” at the end; and

(b)

after paragraph (d), insert —“(da)lodge with the Registrar a notice of the situation of the registered office of the proposed VCC (including the address and designation of the situation or address of the registered office); and”.
