Amendment of section 44

In the VCC Act, in section 44 —

(a)

in subsection (1), in the definition of “capital markets services licence”, replace the semi‑colon at the end with a full‑stop;

(b)

in subsection (1), delete the definition of “Registered Fund Management Company”;

(c)

in subsection (1), delete the definition of “residential address”;

(d)

in subsection (2), replace “76” with “75”; and

(e)

delete subsection (3).
