Amendment of section 77

In the VCC Act, in section 77 —

(a)

replace subsection (1) with —“(1) Subject to this section and section 78, a VCC must hold, in addition to any other meeting, a general meeting of the VCC to be called the “annual general meeting” after the end of each financial year within 6 months.”; and

(b)

in subsection (4), replace “If default is made in holding an annual general meeting” with “Where a VCC fails to comply with subsection (1)”.
