Amendment of Securities and Futures Act 2001
In the Securities and Futures Act 2001 —
(a)
in section 239(1), delete the definition of “statutory meeting”;
(b)
in section 260(7), replace paragraph (a) with —“(a)if the allotment is made by a company, on the company within one month after the date of allotment; or”; and
(c)
in section 268(8), after “(15)”, insert “, (15A)”.
