Amendment of section 18
In the Accountants Act, in section 18(3) —
(a)
in paragraph (b), delete “and” at the end; and
(b)
after paragraph (b), insert —“(ba)the firm or proposed firm is or will be covered by professional indemnity insurance in accordance with section 28 and the prescribed requirements, if any; and”.
