Amendment of section 26

In the Accountants Act, in section 26 —

(a)

in the section heading, replace “memorandum and articles of association” with “constitution”;

(b)

in subsection (1), replace “memorandum and articles of association” with “constitution”;

(c)

in subsection (2), replace “30 days” with “14 days”; and

(d)

in subsection (2)(a), replace “memorandum or articles of association” with “constitution”.
