Amendment of section 53

In the Accountants Act, in section 53 —

(a)

replace the section heading with —“Action by Oversight Committee against accounting entity after conclusion of formal inquiry”; and

(b)

in subsection (1)(e), replace “accounting corporation or accounting LLP” with “accounting corporation, accounting firm or accounting LLP”.
