Amendment of section 64
In the Accountants Act, in section 64 —
(a)
in subsection (2)(g)(i) and (ii), replace “money laundering or the financing of terrorism” with “money laundering, the financing of terrorism or proliferation financing”;
(b)
in subsections (2)(g) and (3)(a), replace “money laundering and the financing of terrorism” with “money laundering, the financing of terrorism and proliferation financing”; and
(c)
in subsections (6) and (7), delete paragraph (b).
