Amendment of section 19
In the Companies Act, in section 19(1) —
(a)
in paragraph (b), delete “and” at the end; and
(b)
after paragraph (b), insert —“(ba)lodge with the Registrar a notice of the situation of the registered office of the proposed company (including the address and designation of the situation or address of the registered office); and”.
