Amendment of section 344G

In the Companies Act, in section 344G(1), replace “section 344E(2) or 344F, or on appeal to the Court under section 344E(5)” with “section 344E(2A) or 344F(1), or pursuant to an order by the Court under section 344CA(2) or 344E(5)(b)”.
