In the Companies Act, in section 377C, replace subsection (3) with —“(3) After the Registrar restores the name of a foreign company to the register under subsection (1), the Registrar must publish in the Gazette and on the Authority’s website a notice of the date and time when the name of the foreign company has been restored to the register.(4) The restoration of the name of a foreign company to the register under subsection (1) takes effect on the date and at the time when the Registrar restores the name of the foreign company to the register.(5) The Registrar must, starting on the date and time when the Registrar restores the name of a foreign company to the register under subsection (1), ensure that any person who obtains any information on the foreign company using the electronic transaction system is also informed that the name of the foreign company is on the register.”.
