Amendment of section 377D
In the Companies Act, in section 377D(1), replace “section 377B(2) or 377C, or on appeal to the Court under section 377B(5)” with “section 377B(3) or 377C(1), or pursuant to an order by the Court under section 377B(6)(b)”.
