Amendment of section 30

In the principal Act, in section 30(1) —

(a)

in paragraph (b), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and

(b)

after paragraph (b), insert —“(c)any authorised certificate issuer;

(d)

any person to whom a trade information certificate has been issued by another person who is or purports to be the Director‑General or an authorised certificate issuer authorised under section 10A(2)(a).”.
