Amendment of section 11

In the principal Act, in section 11 —

(a)

in the section heading, replace “or permit” with “, permit or trade information certificate”; and

(b)

after subsection (1), insert —“(1A) A person to whom a trade information certificate is issued by —

(a)

the Director‑General or a person purportedly as the Director‑General; or

(b)

an authorised certificate issuer or a person purportedly as such authorised certificate issuer,must produce the trade information certificate on demand to any authorised officer.”.
