Amendment of section 17

In the principal Act, in section 17(1) —

(a)

in paragraph (a), delete “or” at the end; and

(b)

after paragraph (a), insert —“(aa)a reasonable suspicion exists that it contains goods in respect of which a false trade information certificate has been issued; or”.
