Amendment of section 18

In the principal Act, in section 18(1) —

(a)

in paragraph (a), delete “or” at the end; and

(b)

after paragraph (a), insert —“(aa)there is reason to believe that a false trade information certificate has been issued in respect of the goods; or”.
