In the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, after the Third Schedule, insert —“FOURTH SCHEDULESections 2(1) and 84SERIOUS SCAM OFFENCES1.An offence under section 420(2) of the Penal Code 1871.”.
