Clause 28

Amendment of section 39

In the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act 1906, in section 39 —

(a)

replace “sections 37 and 38” with “section 37”; and

(b)

replace “person’s business on the premises in respect of which the worker or dealer is registered under section 38” with “worker’s or dealer’s business”.
