In the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act 1906, after section 41, insert —“Amendment of Schedule
42. The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend the Schedule.THE SCHEDULESections 39A(1) and 42SCAM OFFENCES1.An offence under section 420(2) of the Penal Code 1871.2.An abetment of, or a conspiracy or an attempt to commit, an offence mentioned in item 1.”.
