Amendment of Schedule
In the Organised Crime Act 2015, in the Schedule —
(a)
replace the Schedule heading with —“PART 1SERIOUS OFFENCES”; and
(b)
after item 199, insert —“Part 2SERIOUS SCAM OFFENCES1.An offence under section 420(2) of the Penal Code 1871.”.
