Amendment of section 304B
In the Penal Code 1871, in section 304B, replace subsection (1) with —“(1) A relevant person who causes the death of any child, domestic worker or vulnerable person by sustained abuse shall be punished with —
(a)
imprisonment for life and shall also be liable to caning; or
(b)
imprisonment for a term which may extend to 30 years, and shall also be liable to fine or to caning.”.
