Amendment of section 2

In the Computer Misuse Act 1993, in section 2(1) —

(a)

in the definitions of “national digital identity service” and “user”, replace “Schedule” with “First Schedule”; and

(b)

after the definition of “program or computer program”, insert —“ “scam offence” means any offence specified in the Second Schedule;”.
