Amendment of section 30A

In the Industrial Relations Act 1960, in section 30A(1) —

(a)

in paragraph (e), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and

(b)

after paragraph (e), insert —“(f)to negotiate with the employer with a view to resolving any workplace fairness dispute.”.
