Regulations for Parts 10 to 14
(1)
The Minister may make regulations for carrying out or giving effect to Parts 10 to 14, and for any matter that is required or permitted to be prescribed under those Parts.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may provide for such saving, transitional and other consequential provisions as the Minister considers necessary or expedient.
(3)
The powers conferred by this section do not extend to any matter for which Rules of Court or Family Justice Rules may be made under section 104 or 105.
