Clause 29

Stop communication direction — content

(1)

A stop communication direction is a direction requiring the recipient to do one or more of the following, and by the time specified in the direction, such that the relevant material or the relevant location (as the case may be) cannot be accessed by persons in Singapore:

(a)

to remove the relevant material;

(b)

to stop storing, posting, providing or transmitting the relevant material;

(c)

to suspend, remove, delete or terminate the relevant location.

(2)

The stop communication direction may also require the recipient to do one or more of the following, and by the time specified in the direction, such that online material similar to the relevant material cannot be accessed by persons in Singapore:

(a)

to remove any online material similar to the relevant material;

(b)

to stop storing, posting, providing or transmitting any online material similar to the relevant material.
