Clause 54

Amendment of Trade Disputes Act 1941

In the Trade Disputes Act 1941, in section 15(4A), replace paragraph (b) with —“(b)applies to an act that is an offence under —

(i)

section 39 or 40 of the Maintenance of Racial Harmony Act 2025;

(ii)

section 17E or 17F of the Maintenance of Religious Harmony Act 1990; or

(iii)

section 267C or 505 of the Penal Code 1871.”.
