Amendment of section 8
In the principal Act, in section 8 —
(a)
in subsection (1)(b) and (d)(i) and (ii), replace “data sharing direction” with “data sharing and use direction or further authorisation”; and
(b)
in subsection (4), delete the definition of “anonymised information”.
