Application for approval
(1)
An application for approval for a licensee to appoint an individual as a key appointment holder of the licensee must be made jointly by the licensee and the individual in accordance with this section.
(2)
An application for approval for a licensee to appoint an individual as the person‑in‑charge of the licensable SRH to which the licensee’s licence relates must be made jointly by the licensee and the individual in accordance with this section.
(3)
An application for approval for a licensee to deploy an individual to carry out a prescribed duty or a duty belonging to a prescribed class of duties in relation to —
the operation of the licensable SRH to which the licensee’s licence relates; or
the management of the residents of that licensable SRH,must be made jointly by the licensee and the individual in accordance with this section.
(4)
An application under subsection (1), (2) or (3) must be made to the Director‑General in the form and manner specified by the Director‑General and be accompanied by —
a non‑refundable application fee (if prescribed) paid in the manner specified by the Director‑General; and
any information that the Director‑General requires to decide on the application.
(5)
The Director‑General may refuse an application under subsection (1), (2) or (3) that is incomplete or not made in accordance with this section.
